Wheaton West Hockey Fall 2009-2010

1. ELIGIBILITY:  All students who attend Community High School, Wheaton Academy, or Wheaton North High School during the 2009-2010 school year.
2. FALL HOCKEY FEES:  $2600 (Credit Card Payments Available)
   •   $75.00 - Due August 26, 2009
   • $631.50 - Due September 15, 2009
   • $631.50 - Due October 15, 2009
   • $631.50 - Due November 15, 2009
   • $631.50 - Due December 15, 2009
3. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
   1. Proof of hockey insurance is required before player can participate in evaluations.
      To purchase hockey insurance, please visit www.usahockeyregistration.com.
      You must have the USA Hockey Insurance Confirmation Number before you can register your player.
   2. Proof of recent physical.
4. PRACTICE TIMES:
   • Tuesday, August 25, 2009 - 7:00 p.m., 2 Mile Run, Wheaton College Track, Wheaton, IL
   • Wednesday, August 26, 2009 - 9:00 - 10:30 p.m., Center Ice of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, IL
     **All players must have USA Hockey Insurance and have paid the $75 evaluation fee before taking the ice**
   • Tuesdays:  6:45 - 8:15 p.m., Carol Stream Ice Rink, Carol Stream, IL - Starting September 1, 2009
   • Wednesday, September 2, 2009 ONLY - 9:20 p.m., Center Ice of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, IL
   • Wednesday, September 9, 2009 ONLY - 8:20 p.m., Center Ice of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, IL
   • Wednesdays:  9:00 - 10:30 p.m., Center Ice of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, IL - Starting September 16, 2009
   • Thursdays:  7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Carol Stream Ice Rink, Carol Stream, IL - Starting September 3, 2009
5. UNIFORMS:  We will use the same uniform as last year, all skaters will be provided with new socks as part of the Fall Hockey Fee.
   New uniforms are $350 and are NOT included in the Fall Hockey Fee. Uniforms can be purchased through our online registration screens or by contacting our Apparel Committee at apparel@wheatonwesthockey.com.
6. GAMES:  Beginning in October:
   • JV - Illinois Suburban High School League - 20 games plus League and State Play-offs.
     JV will participate in 3, yet to be determined.
   • Varisity - Illinois Suburban High School League - 20 games plus League and State Play-offs.
     Metro Invitational Tournament - participation is still to be determined - approximately 10 games.
     Varsity will participate in 2 tournaments, yet to be determined.
